A participatory dance-lecture that tells the story of dances arising from social and political struggles around the world.
Choreographer Bouziane Bouteldja addresses everyone by offering spectators a journey through space and time to understand how social struggles lead people to movement and dance.
He explains the social contexts in which the dances appeared and where dance was a mode of expression, a means of survival to fight against discrimination.
The idea is to show how the movement of populations and the resulting encounters are a source of wealth and not conflict.
