Conceived and directed by Gil Marsalla, and performed by the Belgian Olivier Laurent, this tribute show to the great Jacques has already conquered the entire world.
Many speak of him as a reincarnation. On stage, Olivier Laurent does not imitate Brel, he is Brel, bringing the lyrics of his greatest songs to life as if his life depended on it. With this concert already performed a hundred times before jubilant or tearful audiences, in Paris, Montreal, New York, Stockholm, Beirut, London and Dubai, it is through voice, rage, irony and tenderness that the artist pays this masterful tribute to the greatest French-speaking singer Belgium has ever known.
