Every year since 1994, La Mirande has hosted some of the region's greatest chefs for its cooking workshop. A gourmet journey awaits you, featuring seasonal produce from Provence and flavors from elsewhere.

The chefs meet in the old kitchens of the mansion and work on the old 19th-century wood-fired stove. Local food lovers, young and old, enjoy these fun moments where cooking tricks and secrets are shared in a place steeped in history.
Séverine Sagnet, Jeff Mouroux, Pascal Barnouin, Jean-Jacques Prévôt and many other chefs share with you the preparation of black truffles in winter, chocolate but also Mediterranean and Italian dishes...
Aprons, utensils, and technical sheets are provided, and the classes conclude with a meal accompanied by wines selected by our sommelier. The cooks also have the option of inviting one or more guests of their choice to join them for lunch, which they will have prepared themselves.
