Atelier mensuel tous niveaux – MUNZ FLOOR® et MUNZ MOVE® avec Anaïs Lheureux

Each session begins with MUNZ FLOOR®, circular movements on the floor that help release tension. The sessions will continue with MUNZ MOVE®, a fun, mental imagery approach to movement.
Whatever your level and age, these awakenings will be a guaranteed pleasure for your senses.

A graduate of Choreographic Studies with a gold medal from the National Conservatory of Chalon-sur-Saône, Anais Lheureux became the first MUNZ® Trainer to be certified in the 3 methods, MUNZ FLOOR® (a training that regenerates your central nervous system), SAFE BARRE® (a classical dance barre incorporating modern biomechanics) and MUNZ MOVE® (tools to generate contemporary movements) in different dance centers in France and Europe.
