At the heart of the monument, a workshop, led by a choreographer, Micheline Lelièvre and a dancer, Sarah Bencharef Brisbare, offers, on the eve of the performance, to explore through movement bodily states inspired by birds.

At the heart of the monument, on the theme of birds, choreographer Micheline Lelièvre and dancer Sarah Bencharef Brisbare offer you a workshop on Saturday May 30th in preparation for the performance on Sunday May 31st.
It will engage your body, your emotions and your imagination through movement. Beating wings, taking flight, depending on whether you are a fledgling, a hummingbird or an albatross, gliding, changing direction rapidly… so many bodily states to explore according to your own sensitivity.
Then the following day you will accompany the choreography in some outdoor locations and/or in a room of the Fort, surrounded by a video mapping created by the videographer and director Benoît Bénichou, evolving in a dreamlike universe conducive to creativity…
