During a workshop, parents and children explore together what they are about to discover on stage a few hours later.
No dance experience required: just the desire to move together.

These workshops are more than just entertainment. They prepare young audiences through a concrete educational approach: sensory exploration, gross motor skills, listening to others' bodies, and shared imagination. By dancing to the themes of the performance beforehand, children approach the show with physical cues, not just visual ones. Parents, in turn, rediscover a rare space for play and closeness with their children. It's also a very direct way to demystify contemporary dance from a very young age.

Before the 15pm show "Helium"
Hypnotic images, swirling objects, choreography that plays with the air: Helium is an invitation to wonder. In the morning, the workshop gently introduces this vocabulary of breath and lightness: children explore the space around their bodies, their gaze directed upwards, trusting in imbalance, always in pairs with their accompanying adult. In the afternoon, they rediscover these sensations on stage, with an eye already familiar with the world of the piece.

Before the 15pm show "The Migration of Birds" 
Two bird-dancers will traverse the room from nest to tree, in a joyful dialogue between dance and nature. In the morning, the workshop introduces families to this animal world: walking like a bird, feeling weight and flight, building a nest together, listening to the space as one listens to a forest. In the afternoon, parents and children relive these images on stage, already sharing their experiences.
