Atelier autour des plantes sauvages
L'Heure Bleue, 5 rue de la République 30400 Villeneuve-lez-Avignon
A two-part workshop invites participants to recognize the wild plants around them and transform them into simple remedies: immersion in the garden of the Blue Hour, observation and making an oil macerate.
Program :
From 10am to 11am – Introduction to botany and identification of wild and local plants. During an observation walk in the garden, we will learn to identify several common local plants, understand their botanical characteristics and their food and medicinal uses.
From 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Making a plantain oil infusion. Plantain, a very common and valuable wild plant, is known for its soothing, restorative, and anti-inflammatory properties, particularly for the skin (stings, irritations, minor wounds). After a presentation of its uses, each participant will make their own oil infusion from freshly picked plantain in a high-quality organic oil, including preparation, bottling, and advice on storage and use.
Each participant leaves with:
– a jar of plantain oil macerate
– practical guides (identification, recipes, uses)
– simple tips for continuing to observe and use wild plants independently
