Stéphanie Beuché-Morel, a sophrologist, offers a series of three workshops designed for children and pre-teens. They will discover, while having fun, tools to "feel better," which they can then use whenever they need them!
One hour for the children and 30 minutes of interaction with the parents over a snack or a syrup aperitif.
2 age groups: 6/11 years and 11/13 years.

– Wednesday, May 6th afternoon or Saturday, May 9th morning: Better concentration!
– Wednesday, June 3rd afternoon or Saturday, June 6th morning: Feeling better with my emotions!
