Christophe Requin, owner of Avignon's only wine estate, Château Saint Pierre d'Escarvaillac, will show you his vineyards and cellars and let you taste his fine vintages during a tasting session.
Come and discover the only wine estate still operating in the commune of Avignon! A wide range of wines in the Côtes du Rhône appellation.
The program includes a tour of the estate, a visit to the cellar and winery, tastings… and what promises to be fascinating discussions with winemaker Christophe Requin. The opportunity to purchase wines at the end will be available.
The “Epicure” tasting club Grand Avignon" meets approximately once a month, either in a hall, or at the homes of winemakers or other professionals in the world of wine.
The association's purpose is to foster sharing, conviviality, and exchange, as well as the discovery and tasting of wines, without any profit motive. New members will only be admitted if they agree not to sell wine or engage in any commercial activity whatsoever.
You don't need to be a wine professional or a seasoned enthusiast. If you're a beginner, you're also very welcome. Sharing and exchanging ideas is enriching. Everyone learns a lot from these various encounters, while having fun.
