Chef Séverine Sagnet prepares organic, high-quality ingredients, then we divide the group into three to prepare a starter, a main course, and a dessert. You have two hours to create the dish of your dreams under the expert guidance of Chef Séverine Sagnet, your coach for the day.
At lunch or dinner, we enjoy together the dishes created around the fireplace, paired with wines from the Rhône Valley chosen by the chef.
